The voters of Uniontown who did not receive the fire district levy question should still complete their ballot because a special ballot will be coming separately from the auditor.
The council also voted to hold budget meetings at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29 and 6 p.m. on Nov. 12. The council also changed the November meeting from Nov. 11 to Thursday, Nov. 12 due to the Veterans Day holiday.
Town Administrator Kimberlee Brickey said some budget numbers may not be available by the vote at council on Nov. 12 but allowing the budget to be finalized in the December meeting would allow the approval in advance of the January required timeline.
